Exports: CSV and PDF
Take a takeoff or a quote out of LumberSet as a spreadsheet or a PDF.
Everything LumberSet produces can leave it as a file you can send, print or open in a spreadsheet.
The takeoff as a spreadsheet
Open a released takeoff and choose Export CSV. You get one row per line with these columns: section, group, use, description, unit, net quantity, waste, order quantity, budget unit price and budget total. The file opens in Excel, Google Sheets or your own system.
The takeoff as a PDF
Choose Download PDF on the takeoff. The PDF lists every line with quantities and units, ready to hand to a supplier or keep with the job.
The quote as a PDF
For yards, every quote has its own PDF. It is attached to the email you send and you can choose Download PDF on the quote. See "The quote PDF".
The RFQ material list
Each yard you send an RFQ to can download the material list as a PDF from its private link, without prices.
Keeping files up to date
An export is made from the takeoff or quote as it is at that moment. After a correction or an edit, export again.
